Holiday health with homeopathy
14th – 21st June 2013
2013 is not only the Society’s 35th anniversary, it will also be the Society’s 13th Homeopathy Awareness Week campaign.
As summer approaches excitement builds around those longed for days away and holiday adventures. But to make sure you have a healthy and happy holiday, give a thought to preparing for your health needs while you plan the contents of your suitcase or backpack.
Homeopathic medicines are lightweight, well tolerated and easy to use. What’s more, they are available in many of the larger cities worldwide if you need something extra or need professional homeopathic help.
But always remember common sense strategies to support your recovery like keeping yourself properly hydrated, covering up in the sun and use of clean food and water sources.
Members of the Society will be out in their local community promoting homeopathy with a myriad of activity in local health stores, festivals, drop in clinics, open days and will be giving talks to members of the public.
The Society of Homeopaths does not endorse the use of homeopathic medicines as an alternative to vaccination for the prevention of serious infectious diseases. The Society recommends that members of the public seek the advice of their GP, and/or relevant Department of Health guidelines, concerning vaccination and protection against disease while travelling.
