Homeopathy and Shamanism – a way of proving and deepening practice
Joanna Shipley, 27th June, London

This will be a fun, interactive workshop to explore and examine provings from the orthodox to the esoteric.  A shamanic proving, where participants used a shamanic journey technique to meet the ‘spirit’ of the remedy, will be shared.  This provides the chance to explore the relevance of shamanic provings to clinical practice as well as understanding how the esoteric may be studied using standard research methods.   There will be an opportunity to learn the remedy ’x’ in a creative way to enhance materia medica knowledge.

Participants will have the opportunity to try a shamanic journey, and witness and share in a live mini proving of a ‘blinded’ remedy.

As well as running her own homeopathic practice, Joanna has worked for over 14 years as a shamanic practitioner. She graduated from the University of Westminster in 2005 in Integrated Health and Homeopathy, with a first class honours degree.  She enjoys running shamanic proving workshops for homeopaths and has published articles in The Homeopath journal and Sacred Hoop, a leading shamanic magazine.
