This workshop will explore ways in which herbal medicines can complement homeopathic treatment. The main emphasis will be on those remedies which have now been licensed and should therefore be readily available. The workshop is intended both for homeopaths who already recommend some herbal remedies in their practice and for those considering doing so.

Kim will be differentiating between these two remedies through PowerPoint presentation, cases and a guided immersion experience of each remedy by playing the remedy in a large Tibetan singing bowl. This way participants will hear, see and feel each remedy and leave with greater clarity on when to choose one over the other for a client. ‘Wondrous Order – the Table of Plants’ is a new book of plant remedies by Michal Yakir, which offers a different way of understanding cases and remedies. She has developed a table, which uses the Cronquist order of evolution from the most primitive plants (Magnolids) to the most recently evolved (Asterids).
