To help you find out what works for you, Painless Practice have stepped in to offer you 45 minutes of free telephone coaching. Any existing or newly registered member can use this free service to explore ways of building a bigger and more profitable practice.

But numbers are limited: just 12 coaching sessions a month exclusive to registered Society members, all allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Free coaching from business experts who specialise in the complementary healthcare sector
Painless Practice is a specialist provider of practice development training and business coaching to the complementary healthcare sector. If the name sounds familiar, it's because the company's director, James Butler, co-authored the booklet Running a Successful Homeopathic Practice that we published in March 2009.

What's involved?
Painless Practice offers business coaching, not business consultancy. They won't tell you how to run your business, but they can help you devise a strategy and an action plan to take your practice to where you want it to be.

They'll help you focus on the issues that matter, topics such as:

• Creating a Vision
• Business planning
• Understanding your market
• Keeping the phone ringing
• Knowing your Unique Selling Proposition (USP)
• The Patient Journey
• Marketing and promotion
• Networking and winning referrals
• Building a patient list
• Looking After the Practitioner

These are the topics covered in the booklet published in March, free to registered members of the Society.

At the close of the session, we will take the opportunity to explain the services on offer from Painless Practice and how you could work with us further.

What we will expect from you

• That you have read Running a Successful Homeopathic Practice and considered how it applies to your practice;
• That you complete a simple questionnaire and return it to us prior to the session;
• That you will confirm your Society membership number when you book the session.
