2010 Homeopathy Awareness Week
14 – 21 June 2010
10th Anniversary Celebrations!
Women’s Health will be the theme for Homeopathy Awareness Week for summer 2010, as The Society joins forces with natural healthcare specialist Nelsons, to promote homeopathy around the country.
To celebrate the tenth anniversary year, Society members will be taking to the high street in June and reaching out to their local communities with informative and fun packed activities ranging from teddy bears picnics, clinic open days, visits to health shops, farmers markets and pharmacies, as well as local radio appearances and talks to local groups.
To assist members with promotion, The Society has created colourful promotional merchandise, including a free poster and leaflets for members to personalise. Kindly sponsored by Nelsons, a supply of free leaflet packs are available free of charge from The Society office on a first come first served basis. Remaining packs will be available with a nominal charge of only £3 for 100 leaflets.
To maximise publicity, a press release will also be available in April for Society members to personalise for their local press.
The patient leaflet collection is packed with useful information, including references to research in key areas. Ideal for display in clinic, in-store, in libraries, health centres, health shows and for local talks.
Homeopathy in Pregnancy & Childbirth,’ ‘Homeopathy and the Menopause’ and ‘Homeopathy for Babies & Children’ will be of particular interest for the campaign. TradCo leaflets are available in packs of 50.
And to add interest to a clinic visit or event, how about appealing to the younger patient by offering brightly coloured purple balloons, featuring the popular ‘Nellie the Elephant’ cartoon character? Nellie is also joined by her friends in a range of children’s stickers.
TradCo materials may be purchased 24 hours a day on-line from this link.
