The user helpline is run by the designer of Double Happiness, John Carpmael an RSHom using the package on a daily basis in clinic. Someone who will really understand any questions you may raise.

Installing Double Happiness is very easy. However if you should experience difficulties please call John Carpmael on the Double Happiness helpline 01394 411174.

Normally no charge will be made for using the help line, for assistance in getting Double Happiness installed on your computer, or for simple queries. However, for more complex or time consuming queries, a charge will be made. Notificiation of charging will be negotiated before application.
