The Society of Homeopaths’ Supervision & Mentoring Programme was created especially for homeopaths in the early years of practice – to provide exactly the kind of trusted, professional support that helps you flourish.

What you will receive
Over the course of twelve months, you’ll receive personalised, one-to-one support from an experienced supervisor who understands what it’s like to take those early steps.
As a mentee, you’ll benefit from:

- Two one-to-one mentoring sessions completely free of charge (funded by the Society – worth over £100)
- Guidance from an experienced homeopath who understands the realities of early practice
- Support to build confidence in clinical decision-making
- Practical help with case management, patient communication, and professional standards
- Encouragement and reflection to keep you grounded and inspired in your new role
- The option to continue supervision beyond your funded sessions (we recommend a minimum of four sessions per year to keep growing and reflecting)

How the programme works:

- The programme runs year-round
- You’ll be paired with an experienced supervisor for your two free sessions (worth over £100)
- Sessions can take place online (or in person, depending on location)
- After your funded sessions, you’re encouraged to continue supervision as part of your professional development and reflection
